Centerpieces Hire an ice sculptor to make small--less than 1 foot tall--ice sculptures for each table. Set on a small pedestal and surround with evergreen bows or silver tinsel garland. Swans are traditional, or use other themes of the season. If a sculptor is out of your budget, make your own ice centerpiece. Fill a bundt pan 1/3 full of water. Tint with food coloring and freeze. Remove from the freezer and top the ice with small ornaments, foil confetti and plastic snowflakes. Fill with water until the pan is 2/3 full. Freeze solid. Right before the reception place clear glass bowls filled with water on each table. Float the ice wreath in the bowl.
